DNA Crossing Mayhem

“DNA” sign spotted on Geary Blvd. What is it all about? Its small black arrow seems to be pointing to another arrow which is crossed out by a red circle/line. Meanwhile, the red hand tells us not to walk and the largest of arrows at top says there’s only one way to go. This could be a very confusing scenario for a law-abiding alien attempting to get a valid DNA sample.
